Ordering and delivery
What kinds of treats does CanSweet make?
Our range includes printed cookies, meringues and lollipops, with gift sets grouped separately in the catalogue. Contact us to confirm the products and options for your occasion.
When is my card charged?
For card payments, your bank reserves the amount first. We review your order within 1–2 days and charge your card only after accepting the order.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is available across Canada.
How can I discuss an order?
Contact CanSweet with the treats you would like, the quantity and your event date so we can confirm the details with you.
Printed cookies
What do the cookies taste like?
CanSweet Original is our signature recipe with a soft, easy bite. The recipe contains no ginger or added spices.
What is the minimum order for printed cookies?
Standard minimum: 12 cookies per design, shape and size. Above 12, choose any whole quantity: 13, 14, 15 and so on.
Smaller batches require our approval and are produced last. Your requested date may be missed, and we may decline the order.
What sizes are available for scalloped round cookies?
Our scalloped round printed cookies come in approximate diameters of 6.5 cm, 7.5 cm and 8.5 cm.
Why can cookie sizes vary?
All cookie sizes are approximate. Baking naturally creates small differences in diameter and thickness, even within the same batch. For example, the 7.5 cm cookie may measure approximately 7–8 cm across.
When should I order printed cookies?
Preparation takes one week. We recommend ordering at least two weeks before your event. Preparation time does not include delivery time.
What are the ingredients and allergens in these printed cookies?
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, sugar, butter, egg white, lemon concentrate, baking soda, vanilla sugar, food ink for making prints.
CONTAINS: wheat, eggs, milk.
How should I store these printed cookies?
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. The shelf life of these printed cookies is 4 months.

What is included in a gift set?

Do all treats in a gift set have the same ingredients and shelf life?
Use the ingredient, allergen and storage information for each included treat. The four-month shelf life stated for printed cookies does not apply automatically to other treats in a set.
