1. Seller and contact
CanSweet is the brand of CANSWEET INC. We operate cansweet.ca from 20 Oakhaven Place, Hamilton, ON L9K 0B6, Canada. Contact us at store@cansweet.ca. This is our business address; pickup arrangements are confirmed separately.
2. Your order and price
Review the products, design details, quantities, delivery information and total before completing your order. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Product pages state whether the price is per item or per set; shipping and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. An email address is required for order communications. Please tell us promptly if any order detail is incorrect.
For personalized printed cookies, the minimum is 12 cookies of the same design. Above 12, any whole quantity is allowed: 13, 14 and so on. This is not a requirement to order in multiples of 12.
3. Personalized products
Use the product description and your order details to identify the selected size, recipe, ingredients, allergens and personalization. Cookie dimensions are approximate: baking can change the diameter and thickness, including within one batch. The printable area depends on the design. Backgrounds may extend beyond the edge and be cropped; essential text, faces and logos should remain in the central area. A photograph of a previous order is an example of our work.
Preparation normally takes one week. We recommend ordering at least two weeks before your event, allowing additional time for delivery. Any delivery date expressly agreed for your order remains part of that agreement.
4. Images, designs and examples of our work
By sending images, drawings, artwork or personalization for an order, you authorize CanSweet to reproduce and adapt them as needed to prepare and fulfil that order. You must have the rights or permission needed to submit those materials.
Photographs of people, photographs of a personal or private nature, and products featuring such images may be published or used for advertising only with the consent of the relevant rights-holder.
CanSweet may otherwise use submitted materials at its discretion, including reproducing, adapting and publishing them and showing products made with them in its portfolio, social media or advertising, unless you state otherwise when placing the order or sending the materials.
This permission concerns creative materials and remains subject to applicable privacy and intellectual-property law. It does not authorize public use of your contact details, payment information or other order records.
5. Delivery, changes and claims
Shipping charges, estimated transit times, pickup and agreed urgent-shipping arrangements are described in our Shipping Policy and your order. Estimates do not remove rights concerning an agreed delivery date. Requests to cancel or change an order, and claims about products or delivery, are governed by the policies linked below and by applicable law. Please contact store@cansweet.ca with your order number and the issue.

6. Food information
Read the ingredients, allergens and storage instructions for the product before ordering. Our printed cookies contain wheat, eggs and milk. Do not assume that a product is free of other allergens unless we expressly confirm this for that product. Follow the storage instructions supplied with your order.
7. Shopify and personal information
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information about visits and purchases and provides services that may also use information from interactions with other merchants and Shopify. Information can be shared with Shopify and other service providers in other countries. Our Privacy Policy explains these activities and your choices.
8. Your rights and changes to these terms
Nothing in these terms or our policies excludes mandatory consumer rights, legal warranties or remedies. Applicable Canadian and provincial law governs, including protections that apply where you live. These terms do not require you to give up a competent court or another remedy available by law.
English and French versions are available; neither is declared to override the other. Updated terms apply to future orders and do not retroactively change an existing order. Contact us if you need help understanding the terms or the details of your order.
